Mallorcan Aina Bauza and American Ambre Hasson participated in the Giro d’Italia a Vela Nastro Rosa Tour, finishing in fourth place after a time of 9 days and 10 hours to complete the almost 1500 miles non-stop along the Italian coast.
The ten participating crews, aboard Beneteau Figaro 3 boats, a 30-foot monohull with foils designed for competition, departed from Venice on November 5, taking them through the Sicilian Channel, facing challenging maritime conditions to finally reach Genoa….
