A new chapter in Lorient

This is just the beginning

With great excitement, Aina bids farewell to her beloved Mini 6.50 to embark on new projects aboard bigger and faster boats. This year, she has sailed over 10,000 miles (18,520 km) in her tiny Mini 6.50, and she can only think about wanting more. She is now based in Lorient, France, at the world’s most renowned offshore sailing training center. Here, she has launched Les Déferlantes, a female offshore sailing team that aims to transform the role of women in this sport, together with Sasha Laniece.
